Q: Do I need to be a US resident to work with Reliant Bee Communications?
A: Yes, Reliant Bee Communications requires all agents to be legal residents of the United States and eligible to work within the country.
Please note that we are not currently accepting applicants from California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Washington and Wisconsin.
Q: Why are some states restricted?
A: Due to telephone regulations and limitations, a few states unfortunately don't permit 1099 platforms within their regions.
Q: Is a background check required?
A: Yes, a background check is mandatory to ensure the identity of each potential agent.
Agents may access confidential information servicing our clients and Reliant Bee Communications has high integrity standards to maintain.
Q: What services will I provide as an independent contractor?
A: You will find a wide array of client programs available for your selection, encompassing areas like sales, customer service, technical support, email support, and chat support.
When you join us, you effectively become your own boss, granting you the freedom to pick your preferred client, create your schedule, and work in the comfort of your own home.
Q: How many hours can I work?
A: We ask our agents to commit to a minimum of 15 hours a week.
Depending on the client you choose to service the pay rate and operating hours will vary.
Q: How much are we paid?
A: Depending on the client you choose to service with pay rates typically vary.
On Average our agents typically earn $12-$18 some clients include incentives and performance bonuses.
Q: How do we get paid?
We pay our agents through ACH Direct Deposit. Payroll Forms are provided on the last week of your Online Certification Course. Invoice Statements and Revenue Deposits to compensate the call center services that you provide are issued on a bi-monthly basis and will always made on the 1st and the 15th of each month. If there is a Holiday that falls prior to pay day we will do our best to issue out funds early.

Q: Can I work for two companies on the platform at once?
A: Yes. You can serve two companies; however, the certification classes cannot overlap.
You will need to complete one class before picking up another opportunity.
Q: Will I be paid during certification?
A: Reliant Bee Communications does not pay for the time spent during your certification period.
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary certifications to provide services to the client of your choice.
Q: How long before I can start working and earning a paycheck?
A: Our onboarding process is swift and often completed within 2-3 days. After you've registered and passed your skill assessment, the next step is selecting a client certification course. Typically, you'll be gearing up for class in about 30 days, or even less in some cases – as quick as 3 days!
Once you're certified, you can jump right into work.
The beauty of being self-employed is that you have full control over your work schedule and workload. You can choose a client with a contract that suits your preferences, whether it's working exclusively during the daytime or with one that operates round-the-clock, it's entirely up to you!
Q: Do I need to have previous experience?
A: Absolutely not! Prior experience is not a prerequisite. You will complete a certification period for all selected clients, ensuring you're well-prepared for the job.

Q: Do you provide equipment?
A: No, we require all of our agents to bring their own device.
Q: What equipment do I need to service as a virtual agent?
A: You will need a Personal Computer.
(Laptop/Desktop)
High Speed Wired Internet Connection and a USB headset.
All-in-one computers are not compatible at this time.
Q: Are we responsible for our own taxes?
A: You have the responsibility of handling your own taxes, because we do not automatically deduct them for you. If your earnings surpass $600, you will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year.
It is important to note that as an independent contractor, you will not be eligible for unemployment benefits, overtime pay, holiday pay, or health benefits.

Already registered and have an account: Log into your account then click the "Support" tab at the top of your dashboard. This will allow you to access technical support and start a live chat with a specialist.
If your questions aren't answered by the general responses, you can select "None of the Above" to be linked to a live agent in Admissions Support, Enrollment Support, or Tech Support. Please select the department most related to your issue. For example if you are having trouble enrolling in a client opportunity...select Enrollment Support.
